Frequently asked questions from our clients.

  • Hidden fees and Damage charges are two different things. That said, we don't like hidden fees either so we choose to be up front on all the costs associated with renting something from our awesome fleet!

  • Simply choose the item you are interested in renting, choose your dates, and if available, pay your reservation deposit and you are all set! Chris the owner will call you shortly after to confirm your reservation and arrange the pickup!

  • We strongly advise not to try and fix any damages yourself as they could end up costing you more. We know things happen so please do not be afraid to call us and report what happened. Upon your return we will inspect and figure out how much it will cost to repair the damage and it will be deducted from your damage deposit. Anything cosmetic we do not charge labor only the part needed to replace. Anything mechanical will be charged $100 per hour of labor on top of parts needed.

  • Rolling our vehicles signifies reckless driving or negligence. We always know when you flipped it while performing our return inspection so no need to attempt to hide it. There is a $700 penalty for rolling the vehicle on top of any necessary repairs that need to be done on the equipment.

  • If you blew a belt do not worry! We have equipped your vehicle with a spare belt and tools to get you back to riding! HOWEVER it does fall under damages and you will be charged for a new belt replacement.

  • If you need more days there is one catch. If there is no other reservations on the days you need added then no problem! we simply charge you for the extra days and your vacation is automatically extended! However if there is an existing reservation you must bring back the vehicle on the designated time. If you do not there will be massive penalties for ruining someone else's trip. You will be charged $500 per day ON TOP of the daily rate. Please bring it back on time.

  • If you lost the key to a CanAm there is a $300 fee for taking the vehicle to the dealership to make a new key. 

  • You must be at least 25 years old to rent from us.

  • For CanAm rentals we do provide insurance for $15 per day. For Trailer rentals your personal insurance must provide coverage for the trailer.
